I and my family are impressed with the good work provided by Eltrade BG Estate, in particular with Aneta Vodenicharova. There were bureaucratic issues with our property that were our responsibility to deal with, but she had the patience to step in and walk the extra mile to resolve all of them. From the first call that there are buyers to the end of the deal it took about a week. All we had to do is to take a flight to Bulgaria and give a signature in front of the notary to finish the sale. Speed, efficiency and correctness, that’s all you could ask from your estate agent.
